Prince Stanley Ebun Koledoye, age 49, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at Grey Nuns Community Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta.

“Uncle Stanley” as he will be fondly remembered, had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. His love of culture and music brought people together and was always the best dancer at any party he attended.

He was a member of many associations, most notably the Nigerian Association of Edmonton. His love for the traditional drums of Africa made him an icon in the theater art community. His influence over the years volunteering to mentor youths on the African heritage has helped to shape many young men and women to be courageous, responsible, social influencers. He was also a trades man, who contributed to the Alberta Dream.

He was a Husband, a Father, an Uncle, and a Friend whenever you needed him.

Uncle Stanley is survived by his wife, Bose, and their four children.
